This is a maintenance log. It holds what you type into it and nothing else. There is no advertising, no analytics, no tracking, and no third party receives your data. Written plainly below, because a privacy policy nobody can read is not a privacy policy.
Only what you enter:
No location data. No contact list access. No advertising identifier. No analytics or crash-reporting SDK. No cookies used for tracking. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with any third party or used to train any model.
Photos are only taken when you tap to add one, using your device's own picker. The app never accesses your camera or photo library in the background. Uploaded images are stored on the same server as the rest of your records and are only served to people who can already see the thing they are attached to.
Nobody, unless you deliberately share something. If you share a home or a vehicle with someone by email, that person can see that item, its maintenance history, its photos, and the contacts you have recorded against it — and they can add records to it. They cannot delete it, and they cannot see anything you did not share. You can stop sharing at any time in Settings, which takes effect immediately.
On a single private server rented by us, in one database file, encrypted in transit with HTTPS. Backups are kept so your records survive a disk failure. No copy is sent anywhere else.
You can delete any individual record — an item, a service entry, a photo, a contact — at any time, and it is gone immediately.

To delete your entire account: open the app, go to Settings → Delete my account, and confirm with your password. This permanently removes your account, every home and vehicle, all maintenance history, every photo file, your contacts, and all sharing. It is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no archived copy.
One thing survives, and it is worth being straight about: a one-way cryptographic hash of your email address. Not the address — a hash of it, which cannot be reversed, cannot be used to contact you, and is not linked to any of your deleted records. It exists for one reason: so that the same address signing up again is recognised as a returning account rather than a brand new one, which stops someone cycling accounts to repeat a free trial. Nothing else remains, and you can sign up again with that address at any time.
If you cannot access the app, email the address below from your registered address and we will delete the account for you.
This app is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected or who can see it, the date at the top changes and the app will say so.
